The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything they could. Special thanks to the woman and man on the second shifts at the hotel pool bar, and to the guy who was always alone at the beach bar. Those three deserve raises. It was our first time in Turkey, and we had a great experience overall. The food tasted alright, but we expected a lot more after seeing “ultra all inclusive.” The maids didn't leave water every day after cleaning, and scheduled programs sometimes started late or didn't happen that day at all. Those are the two main reasons I'm not giving five stars.

The rooms are hygienic and cleaned well, and the hotel itself is perfect, with good-quality rooms and facilities. All the employees are kind and pleasant, always ready to help. The animators deserve special praise for putting on activities at different times. My recommendation for a summer holiday in Alanya (Konakli). 10/10.

The service at the beach club was great, from the food and drinks to the staff's hospitality, and there were always sun beds available. At the hotel restaurant, the employees were courteous and quick to help with whatever we needed. There was plenty to choose from at each meal, though the desserts could be better. Apart from baklava, they all seemed to be pudding in different colors. We were there from August 26th to September 1st, and the whole vacation was amazing, thanks to Timo Deluxe Resort. Reception staff were wonderful and even offered early check-in. The rooms are lovely, suitable for a 5* hotel, but an electric kettle for tea or coffee would have been useful. Cleaning was great, with fresh towels whenever we needed them and new sheets every three days. Live piano in the lobby before dinner was another nice touch. One suggestion: please ask guests what language they speak instead of assuming where they're from. I know there are lots of Russian guests, and Serbian can sound similar, but that doesn't mean we speak Russian. Try approaching us in English. 😁

We stayed for almost a week without any problems, and I highly recommend this hotel for families. It's suitable for children, with clean, well-organized pool and seaside areas. The staff were welcoming and hardworking. There was enough variety in the food and alcohol, the rooms were always clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
