TUI BLUE Pascha Bay

The staff were phenomenal and acted fast when my son suffered anaphylaxis during our stay, getting him the care he needed and saving his life. We had a wonderful time at pascha bay. Most of the food was good, though we didn't enjoy one of the seven nights, and breakfast got very repetitive. A special mention for david the photographer, who gave us a great set of photos to remember our first family holiday abroad. He was funny and kind, and made the shoot enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend him to families wanting special photos at a great price xx

Water polo was my favorite thing there. Esat ran the game with so much energy and humor, and I joined whenever I could, even at my age. The darts were fun too, though we could barely see the scores because of the shine off Engin Bey's bald head. Just kidding, buddy. We'll miss you. I loved the hotel, the food was outstanding, the drinks were amazing, and I really didn't want to leave. The bartenders, waiters, cleaning team, and reception staff all added to the beautiful atmosphere. The young women on the shows were wonderful, singing and dancing brilliantly and organizing everything themselves. You were all incredible, and Ms. Leiah did a great job managing the animation. Mr. Tahsin, the hotel manager, deserves credit for taking guest satisfaction seriously and doing everything he could to resolve our issues. Thanks to everyone who greeted us with a smile and brought the discipline and energy expected of the TUI brand. I felt I got more than my money's worth, and I'm leaving very happy. I'll plan to come back. Goodbye.

We had a great time at TUI Pasha Bay in August, my wife, our one-year-old daughter, and me. It felt very family-friendly, with a lovely atmosphere, a well-kept room, and helpful, friendly staff. The food was delicious and had plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed the evening shows and the excellent pool area. A big thank you to Akin Akinci at the Taverna à la carte restaurant, he was so enthusiastic and pleasant. Definitely worth a visit!

The activities and evening shows were some of the things I enjoyed. I joined water gymnastics, water meditation, and whatever water games I could, and had a genuinely good time. The acrobatics show was my favorite. The pool was quite clean, the beach was rocky, but cheap water shoes made it much more comfortable. The gym was adequate, though it needs refurbishment, and the equipment is old but works. The staff overall were really friendly. The food options weren't broad, but what they served during the day was delicious. The bar staff, waiters, and animators made the vacation special, even though I can't remember all their names. I'll mention their activities and work areas so their departments might pass along recognition. I checked out a little while ago, and I'm honestly writing this with trembling hands. I saved small amounts for five months to surprise my girlfriend with a holiday, and chose this family-friendly hotel because of its “Blue” concept. As a fan of TUI hotels, I'm deeply disappointed by TUI Pascha Bay management's staff selection and what happened in a setting where it should never happen. I expected German-style discipline. There are dozens of small children here, and the animation department needs close, responsible contact with them. Yet manager Kadir drinks excessively. I believe the camera footage would confirm what I'm saying, including showing a man barely able to stand. Hypothetically, if someone intoxicated harmed a child and forgot the next day, who would be accountable, and how would that child recover? It wouldn't be a waiter, cook, or cleaner, but someone who interacts with children all the time, like an animation manager. Is it acceptable for the bar team to serve alcohol to an employee, even a manager, during work hours? Is it normal in your management team for someone from animation who is in close contact with guests to drink dozens of glasses every night? Or does this only happen at TUI Pascha Bay? Worse still, he kept trying to assert himself with a woman who'd said she had a boyfriend. He used his position to intimidate her, gave her provocative looks, and invited her to drink. Dude kadir, you're lucky my girlfriend told me about this on our way here. Otherwise I'd have made sure you couldn't use your mouth for the rest of your life. Now I understand why her face was tense when you were around. Don't think she stayed quiet because she feared or liked you. She said nothing because she didn't want her friends to get into trouble. That's why I'm only learning all this now. I know you'll read this, and I'm sure you know what you did.
