Wien Star Hotel

The beach is right across the road, and there’s plenty nearby, so Wien Star Hotel is in a very convenient spot. Our room was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning, WiFi, and a shower that had great pressure and properly hot water. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. We were comfortable the whole time and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.

We had a small balcony, but the ocean view made up for it, and the location was spot on. Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and the beach were all just a short walk away, on the same street or across the road. The rooms were spacious, with air conditioning and a safe. Housekeeping was fantastic: fresh towels and sheets every day, toiletries topped up, and nothing of ours was ever missing or touched. They kept water in the fridge, and extra boxes were available near the lift. We loved having two shower attachments, too. The women’s manager was lovely and helped my friends and me get better rooms. Every receptionist greeted us and was friendly and helpful. We didn’t really eat breakfast because we wanted to try somewhere new each day, but what we saw looked fresh. Thanks so much, we’ll stay here again.

We spent six wonderful nights here. The staff were really nice, and breakfast was very good. Right in central Alanya, the hotel is close to everything, and getting to the beach just means crossing the road. I’d absolutely recommend it.

We loved this hotel and would happily return. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were kept very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. Even though it’s on the main road, closing the balcony door kept the noise out. Everything is only a few steps away, from the beach bars and restaurants to taxis, buses, pharmacies, exchange offices, and supermarkets. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It was a pleasant place to stay and nice to look at, too.
