I spent two weeks here with my wife and our three-year-old grandson. As far as I could tell, he was the only child at the hotel during our stay, and everyone made a fuss of him. We mostly enjoyed the wonderful pool, which seemed perfect for him, and went to the well-maintained beach less often. There were always loungers available, even though the hotel was full. We sometimes watched the evening program from the large terrace above the pool near our room, and sometimes went to it. The entertainment staff worked hard to make things enjoyable, though we couldn’t take part much because we were looking after our grandson. The kindness of the staff made the holiday. Receptionist Artur and his colleague were exceptional, as were restaurant manager Arif, the waiters, and the chefs. The SPA team and the people changing towels were very kind, as were the beach bar staff and beach workers, who did all they could for us and especially our grandson. Each day at 3:00 PM, the fruit servers came around in beautiful cart carriages. They always served him first and brought more if he wanted it. Hotel doctor Hurije and her coworker were also exceptionally kind. I had a nasty cut on the sole of my foot, and they helped repair it. They checked on our grandson’s health almost every day, showing real dedication. I may have missed someone or something, but we had a great stay at a beautiful hotel. This was our first visit to XPERIA SARAY BEACH, but I hope it won’t be the last. I’d love to see you next year at the same time.

They put on lots of activities each day at the beach bar, so the holiday flies by. Every evening has a different theme night with great music. The hotel is excellent, service is great, and the staff are lovely and upbeat.

The noise carries across the beach to the nearby hotels. Karaoke and loud music go on late into the evening, seemingly around the clock, and get louder from 9 PM onward. With that going on, I can't relax or sleep with the window open. It shows no respect for guests or quiet hours. I do not recommend it.

The rooms are kept clean and tidy, and the hotel smells lovely everywhere. We’re here now, staying as a couple, and have been very happy with our stay. On arrival, the receptionist was so accommodating and gave us a beautiful room, which we really appreciated. The waiters are very friendly, the food is good, and we love the location right on what we think is Alanya’s most beautiful private beach. There was a small problem at the restaurant, but the hotel more than made up for the inconvenience. We’ve stayed at some very good hotels, and this is one of them. If we come back to Alanya, I already know where I’d stay. ❤️😊

There’s plenty going on here, including bachata workshops, Zumba, and table tennis tournaments. The hotel is comfortable and clean, right by Cleopatra beach, and the staff are really friendly.
