Afi̇lli̇ Köşk

This was my second stay, and it’s still the best hotel I’ve found in Amasya so far. The terrace-level room feels like a little house, with a great view, and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly, and there’s always a receptionist on duty. I’d recommend it to family and friends. The terrace level is worth every penny.

The breakfast here clearly had care put into it, which stood out after nearly a week traveling around the Black Sea and staying in homestays, regular hotels, and five-star places where breakfast was mostly cheap food. It’s a newly opened boutique hotel, clean and tidy, with a modern interior. I liked it a lot and hope future guests take good care of it. The main drawback is carrying luggage up the stairs, since there’s no elevator, and there seemed to be a lack of male staff.

Our last day in Türkiye was spent here, and we left with lovely memories from our week in the country. The staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful, the furnished rooms were beautiful and very clean, and even the breakfast was prepared so thoughtfully and served by a kind English-speaking woman. We were especially touched by the room names, Baris Mancho, our beloved Turkish singer, and Bergen, a place we love in Norway. Every little detail felt just right. Thank you for everything.

It felt like being at home, and everything about the hotel was perfect for me. The staff were outstanding. If you’re ever in amasya, I recommend staying here. I’ll come back every time.
