After staying here, modern hotels started to seem a little soulless to me. Bringing history, comfort, and pleasure together under one roof is no easy task, congratulations. For one more night, we felt as if we'd traveled back in time. Thank you.

The decor at Gülce Köşk Hotel was delightful, and we really enjoyed the meal. Service from the staff was quick and elegant. It's a distinguished spot for hosting guests or simply having a relaxing meal, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Breakfast was amazing, especially the high-quality cheeses that caught my eye first. The food overall was excellent, and the rooms were very clean, with even the smallest details considered. Though it seems to be a historic building, it's more comfortable than a 5-star hotel. If I'm back, I won't need to look for another place to stay. Thank you, you're fantastic!

The regional breakfast is completely organic and superb, and the chef's special Gülce Köşk lamb shank risotto is incredibly delicious. I also loved the drinks, desserts, and tarts made with Amasya apples. The signature teas and coffees are lovely to enjoy in the hotel's historical atmosphere, and the staff are wonderfully attentive. Gülce Köşk is in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. You feel right at home. It's a magnificent place to stay, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and guests. My heartfelt congratulations to the owners and staff ❤️❤️❤️

We came as a large group for an iftar, breaking the fast, and we were all very pleased. The waiters were attentive, the food and presentation were fantastic, and the complimentary items offered plenty of variety. It's very nice for a newly opened restaurant. If you're ever in Amasya, the city of princes, I highly recommend a visit. ❤️
