A four-star hotel? That’s a joke 😂😂 I stayed for a week and booked two rooms, but never got room service. Every time I asked, they said okay, and apparently that meant maybe next week. I’d choose another hotel. This is one of the worst I’ve stayed in. When I asked for cereal at the buffet, they told me it was finished, even though the supermarket is right below. Nice joke about the four stars 😂😂

The hotel is very good, with big, clean rooms and a good price.

The hotel itself is nice, but one woman at reception spoiled our three-day stay. She was arrogant the whole time. When we asked to have the room cleaned, she claimed there were no cleaners on Saturdays or Sundays, which wasn’t true. We had sat at reception and she offered us complimentary coffee. Then, as we were checking out, she called after us from the entrance, made us turn around, and demanded payment for it. I won’t go back while she’s there.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is handy for markets, offices, and parks, with transport easy to find. Staff were good with customers, though housekeeping could use more training. Breakfast was average. There wasn’t a teapot, water, or a toothbrush in the room. Still, I’d say the hotel is good.

I felt really comfortable here, thanks to the attentive, friendly staff. I’d recommend it to anyone, and it’s become my new home when I visit Ankara. I’d looked at at least ten hotels today, and none matched how clean, spacious, and airy this one felt. Thank you, and best of luck!
