Demora Hotel

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Demora in Ankara. The room service was repeatedly late or incomplete, and requests were left undone. Staff responses felt indifferent and unprofessional. When we complained, they brushed off our concerns without an apology or any meaningful action, which showed a lack of accountability. The air conditioner barely worked. Even after hours switched on, the room stayed uncomfortably warm and it was hard to rest. The room was also gloomy, with only a couple of dim wall lamps and no overhead lighting. Breakfast was another major letdown. There was very little variety, most items were stale, and the buffet was dirty and poorly kept. The towels and bed linens were old and frayed, and seemed past time for replacement. The whole stay felt neglected and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Demora unless they seriously address the service, maintenance, and hygiene problems.

I'm grateful to Ms. Tuba for her guidance and support. Demora Hotel is in a nice area and provides satisfactory service. It's a good hotel.

Only one person was especially helpful, Ahmed. The others didn't seem happy, and the breakfast was very poor. There was just one complimentary bottle of water in the room for two of us, though you could buy more. People working in tourism and hotels should try to smile, not necessarily because they're happy, but because guests want good service and understanding. I hope the criticism is taken as a way to make improvements and move forward.

I had a very pleasant stay at demora hotel Ankara, especially because the staff were so kind and helpful. The reception team and room service staff were lovely. Tooba at reception helped me several times with issues I ran into. I recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.
