The spa was a welcome treat in the December cold. The sauna and steam room were spacious, and I found the massage and hamam relaxing and worth recommending. From my top-floor room, I could see Anıtkabir from the balcony on one side and the castle from the other. The room was very clean and quiet, cosy but roomy, and it was a little too warm for me. I kept a window open for fresh air. It felt like one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and good value for how luxurious it felt. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with healthy and indulgent options. The station was a short walk away, and the metro and buses could get you into the centre in a few minutes. It wasn't too far to walk either.

The Guest Relations Manager and the team made sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality and dedication really stood out. The rooms were beautiful too, and everything about the experience was wonderful. One of the best hotel stays I've had, definitely five-star.

We were there as a family in April '25. The friendly staff greeted us with coffee and tea while our luggage was taken up to the rooms. The exterior and lobby look impressive, though the rooms feel a bit dated, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. Breakfast deserves a mention for being plentiful and fresh.

I stayed from September 03 to September 06 this year and was very pleased with the kind, excellent staff. The rooms were clean, and the shower had excellent, very strong water pressure. Breakfast was a full spread in a lovely setting, and the pool was very good. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ankara. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

The air conditioner sits beside the bed. It cools drink bottles while running quietly and without making the room too cold. Valet parking is included, and breakfast is quite decent. There are lots of useful little things in the rooms, plus a pool, spa, and hamam. They even leave a pillow menu card so you can choose from four pillow types besides the standard one. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it's an excellent hotel.
