Everything apart from breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, so my stay was great :). Breakfast wasn't a buffet, though. It was set up and served when you arrived, and I don't eat most of what they serve, so that's why I didn't give five stars.

The location was excellent, close to lots of services, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. I spent seven days at Mina 1 Hotel in Ankara and had a wonderful stay. It was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here on my next visit to Ankara.

The service made me happy overall, apart from a minor issue. It might be a good choice if you're taking the IELTS test, but it's not really the sort of hotel for a casual trip.

Everything else was good, but the website is misleading about breakfast. It says a buffet is included, yet there isn't one. Each guest gets a small breakfast, and they don't even bring enough bread for everyone. I gave it one star for dishonesty.

We needed some documents sent, and the reception staff were very helpful with that. The room was clean and spacious, and there are lots of places within walking distance. Everyone was super helpful, and this is a highly recommendable place. We'll stay here again next time we're in Ankara. Thanks, mina hotel!
