The spa staff are really approachable and friendly. I had a massage with Denise, who was lovely and did a great job, and I’m looking forward to more treatments before I leave. The hotel is lovely and clean, with very friendly staff overall. It works well for a pleasure or business stay. The restaurant staff are helpful too, and the food is freshly prepared in an open kitchen.

Everything was within walking distance from the hotel, which sits in the lively Tunalı area right in the heart of Ankara. I really enjoyed my stay there for both business and leisure. Serhat Bey, the valet at the entrance, deserves special thanks for being so polite, attentive, and efficient. He made a great first impression. The warm atmosphere, convenient location, and professional staff made this a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay here again on my next Ankara visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a very good stay at Occidental Ankara Hotel. The staff were helpful and professional. Saadettin Yıldız from housekeeping deserves a special thank you for keeping everything spotless and making sure I had what I needed. He was always polite and attentive. It made the stay even more pleasant, and I’d stay here again.
