Ve Hotels Kizilcahamam

We spent five days here for an international working camp and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the thermal resort has several event halls, including a large conference room equipped with modern technology. The facilities were excellent: spa, Turkish bath, thermal pool, fitness centre, children's play area and more. The buildings are impressive, but what made the difference was the welcome, the service and how easy it felt to imagine coming back. From making the reservation through reception, the stay and the rich, delicious open buffet, everything felt professional and genuinely hospitable. Thanks to the management and front desk team, especially Ms Hülya, Ms Ayşe and Ms Özüm, and to all the staff whose names I don't know. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was tasty. Ms Elif at the spa gave kind attention, and Ms Azize's massage really did feel like magic hands. Special congratulations to the Hotel Manager for leading such a well-run team. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than many comparable hotels, which made the value even better. We left grateful to the staff, who clearly love their work, and happy to think we'd gladly return.
