Fi Hostel

Set in a historic building in central Old Antakya, this clean hostel is close to restaurants and cafes. The beds are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, and the rooms are clean, with hot water, secure doors and cameras. It’s run by nice people, and the value for the price is very good. I meant to stay at Fi Hostel for one night in Hatay, but ended up staying four. The staff were friendly and polite, the location was good, and the place was very clean. I especially liked the comfortable bunk beds, spacious bathroom, good shower, and hot water. Hostels with a kitchen and pleasant common areas are hard to find in Türkiye, so it was nice to have both here. The common area could use brighter lighting. It’s a bit dark if you want to work or read. I’d definitely recommend Fi Hostel.

The showers, toilets, rooms, and new washing machine were all clean, and the bed was comfortable. Antakya only has one hostel, and we backpackers are lucky this one is a good choice. The restaurant next door plays music until midnight, so bring earplugs for the three nights and you’ll have a great stay.

The old building is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and pleasant. The staff are very friendly, and the price is really good. The only drawback is the air conditioning: it makes the room too hot or too cold. If you sleep in an upper bunk, you get all the airflow.
