Ahi Evran Residence by Newinn

The location and accessibility are good, and the place has almost everything you might need, even a sandwich maker. But cleanliness needs serious improvement: the sofa was covered in stains and lots of ants kept coming and going. The toilet had water issues, and one chair was damaged. Service, support, and management all need work. It’s just okay for now, neither bad nor great, and keep in mind it isn’t cheap, costing almost as much as hotel rooms.

We had a great, relaxing family stay in this modern, neatly designed apartment. Check-in was easy, and we kept in touch with the host on WhatsApp, who answered questions and dealt with concerns efficiently. It’s a little isolated and far from central Antalya, but the setting is quaint, with a nice view of quieter suburban Antalya. There are some good restaurants and enough markets nearby for provisions. Taxis were instantly available, and the beaches in Lara are very close. A few more kitchen and bedroom items, like cups and blankets, would have been useful. The solar geyser worked well during the day but ran out at night. We could hear tenants upstairs moving furniture, and the nearby crèche played loud music. Those were external issues, but both noises reached our unit.

This is one of my best stays in Antalya, it felt like home. The room was clean and had everything I needed, with a full kitchen, a nice living room, and a great bedroom. I travel to Antalya for work every month and am glad I found this place. I’ll stay here every time I come back.

Akin, the supervisor, was a huge help with everything, from letting us into the apartment to sorting things out when we left. The place was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of grocery shops and food nearby. The apartment was cute, tidy, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. It’s a bit far from the city center, but worth the stay. There’s also a cute swimming pool. I had such a peaceful, amazing time at Ahi Evran Residence in Antalya, and I’d definitely tell friends and family to stay here. Thanks, Akin ❤️
