The only really nice people here are the security staff at the entrance, thank you to them. Ekpa office staff are very rude, and they never fix anything in the apartment. Sometimes the lights and water get switched off. There’s no gym or spa, just one dirty outdoor swimming pool, and the place is very dirty. There are no parks or walking areas outside, and the flats are overpriced. You need a car to live here.

I’ve lived in this apartment for over two years and am very happy here. The apartments are good quality, and I don’t hear my neighbors. Management handles repairs and maintenance efficiently. The place feels safe, with security guards around the clock. It’s also easy to get to the gym, pool, supermarkets, hospital, bus station and taxis.

Power cuts happen constantly and can last for days. The AC doesn’t cool the apartment well, and running it costs a lot. Anyone is allowed into the complex grounds, and people use the pools. Fights and brawls break out there regularly. The view from the window is as follows.

I spent a year living here, and it was the worst experience I’ve had living anywhere. With 1,207 units, the complex is extremely crowded. It’s far from both the city center and the beach. There are three pools, but they’re very, very crowded, with lots of children swimming and making noise. Parking is also nowhere near enough for so many units. The complex management is difficult, the staff are irresponsible, and the central heating and cooling charges are very expensive and unreasonable.
