The room was tiny and badly kept, with cheap, worn furnishings. Even the bathroom bin had a broken lid. The worst part came around 2 a.m.: I went to the lobby to make a work call so I wouldn't disturb anyone in my room, and the receptionist told me to stop talking. It was just a normal call, not loud or disruptive. Being told that in a hotel lobby was absurd, and the staff member's attitude felt rude and controlling. There was no basic courtesy or professionalism, and this isn't how a 4-star hotel should treat guests. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I wouldn't come back and strongly don't recommend it.

The hamam and massage were so relaxing and refreshing, especially just before I headed back to London. The ladies at the hamam were the best, and the massage was the best I've had in Antalya, 10/10. For the price, it was great value too. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in Antalya.

Chef Reza made breakfast especially enjoyable. He's skilled, welcoming, and professional, and his care over the details really showed. The buffet had a delicious range of choices, and the hotel is right across the road from the sea. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Got to the room and found one bed with two mattresses, lol. And sleeping at night is impossible because there's a club on the first floor. 👎🏻

There was construction work during July's peak season, which made it hard to get any rest. The staff at reception and breakfast were warm and friendly, though. The hotel is across from the sea, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants around it.
