We visited in winter and were very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. Nuray Tanrikulu, Mehmet Ugurlu and Memik Dede were especially kind and supportive, always helping us and making us feel at home with their warm smiles. We also appreciated Front Office Manager Savas Orger’s assistance and professionalism. We’ll definitely return in summer.

The food, facilities and restaurants were all amazing, and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, including guest relations. The drinks waiters even brought more drinks before we asked, noticing when our glasses were half full. Highly recommend.

The only thing I’d change is the lobby music. It was the same Turkish male singer, and it would’ve been nice to have more variety or another singer in the C lounge. Everything else made for a five-star-plus holiday, and we’ll be back. We booked at the last minute and weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel went beyond what we’d hoped for. Service was a clear priority, and the products on offer were good quality. Housekeeping kept the place immaculate around the clock. Fatima from Guest Relations made us feel welcome from arrival to departure, with lots of thoughtful extra effort. There was plenty of choice at the restaurants, including special areas for dietary needs. The à la carte meals were great, especially at Vinario Steak restaurant. Tayfun and his team gave spot-on service. We mostly had drinks in the lobby bar, where the staff were friendly and added personal touches. Umut hosted daily lobby entertainment, with some great shows too. Don’t miss the Cuban dancers and The Drifters.

The kids were especially taken with the evening mini disco, and the Kids Moppet Club was a big part of what made this work so well for our family. It had crafts, games, a kids’ pool, and a warm, friendly team. The children stayed busy while my wife and I got a little time to relax together. We came with our two children, both under 10, and my mother-in-law. There was something for all of us. Meals were delicious and varied, with something new to try each time, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The evening entertainment was fun and well organized for different ages. A fantastic family holiday, 10/10 for us.
