The massage and Hammam package, which cost extra, was excellent and probably the best part of my stay. The hotel has some potential, but tired, demotivated staff and poor maintenance affected the atmosphere. I'd be in no hurry to return without major improvements. There were a few practical features: room service was available, and the room had a washing machine, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Using the dryer cost extra. There was no microwave, and guests were expected to bring their own utensils, pots, and pans, which made the kitchenette almost pointless. The rooms, corridors, and dining areas were clean, though the outside entrance was dusty and muddy, probably because of the area. Breakfast was available daily for a separate cost, but it was the same thing each morning and got repetitive quickly. Reception staff were okay. They helped arrange taxis and booked some activities for us, also at extra cost. One trip was with Buseta Fly Travel, which the hotel recommended. Halfway through the tour, they took us to a jewellery store without warning us or offering a choice. It was really disappointing and felt unprofessional. The hotel restaurant was another letdown. Prices were high, the food came cold and wasn't good, and cats wandering around didn't improve the atmosphere. The hotel is quite far from the main attractions, so it's not a great base if you want to explore on foot. The steam room didn't seem to work properly, the pool was freezing even though it was about 26-27°C outside, and the gym still had a leak that other guests had mentioned in earlier reviews. Maintenance clearly needs attention.

The fresh look and nice room décor made a good first impression, but the stay was extremely disappointing. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Even though we switched on the cleaning lights and told them early, nobody cleaned our room for four days. The bedsheets smelled awful, too, and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was a scam: the options were very limited, the food tasted poor, and it was nowhere near what was advertised. The restaurant food was terrible as well, both in flavor and quality. The hotel may look nice, but the service, cleanliness, and food were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The only real drawbacks were the location and the bare kitchen. There weren't even teaspoons for coffee or knives to peel fruit. Otherwise, the rooms were large and thoughtfully designed, the place was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great, and the outdoor pool and atmosphere were amazing.

Handy for the airport, but the school next door rings a chime for every lesson and it gets annoying. The room was clean and had cooking facilities, though there was no crockery or cutlery. Staff weren't particularly friendly, and when I remarked on the price of a drink, they had nothing to say. £11.25 for a bottle of corona! I definitely wouldn't go back.
