We'd be happy to visit again. The garden is lovely, with pretty flowers and comfortable sofas, and tea, coffee, and water are available around the clock. For the price, the rooms are clean, tidy, and cozy. The food is good too, and the staff are friendly, smiling, and genuinely kind. Thanks for your hospitality 🤗🤗🤗

A petrol station next door is open 24/7, and the people there are very helpful if you need tea or snacks. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs, but I never found it open when I tried to order, and it wasn't open for breakfast. There's a lift, but it wasn't switched on. My room was clean, though a lot of the furniture was broken, and the in-room fridge didn't work. Towels weren't provided unless I asked. Getting around takes a while since the hotel is on a dual carriageway.

The reception team were always ready to help, and everyone was kind. Yusuf in particular was a really good, kind person. I loved the stay and will definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality. Excellent, a 10-rated hotel that I highly recommend.

The fridge didn't work, and the air conditioning still failed after someone came to “fix” it. I was left melting in the room. The staff were rude and, in my view, deliberately gave you a bad room if you weren't Turkish. If you request a different one, they say the whole place is fully booked, though from the other reviews it seems all the rooms are horrible. They seem too lazy to admit when amenities are faulty. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
