Falcon Hotel

The room was a bit dated, but I thought the hotel was pretty good. The restaurant was really good, especially the salads, though there was a little less choice for meat and veg. Mustafa deserves a special mention for great customer service and being so helpful. Staff in general were polite and helpful. Music in the central area was a bit loud, but it didn't continue all night.

We had a wonderful stay, and the whole team was kind and helpful. Adem noticed my mum's mobility needs and put us in a room that worked for everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, and in the restaurant Eva stood out for her kindness and efficiency. Everyone seemed to be working like bees to make guests' experience a good one. The indoor pool, sauna, full spa, and live music every evening were lovely extras. We also loved the November sea temperature of about 23 °C and swam a lot! This hotel is ideal for a business trip or a family stay. Highly recommended!

The laundry charge during my latest visit in early April 2026 was a small irritant. Even though I'm a returning guest, they left a note on my door asking me to come to reception and pay for the service. It felt a bit unnecessary and inelegant. Settling extras at the end of the stay would seem more appropriate, especially for loyal guests on an all inclusive package. Still, across all my stays I've never had any real issues, which is rare and worth mentioning. This was my sixth visit to Falcon Hotel in Antalya over the past few years and in different seasons, and I am always genuinely happy to come back. The hotel has a distinctive, relaxed atmosphere and an international mix of couples, solo travelers, and people visiting for medical purposes from around the world. It feels friendly and welcoming, very different from a standard resort. The hotel stands out among Antalya's all inclusive places, and I highly recommend it for good value, excellent food, beautiful sea views, and a laid-back stay. The buffet is one of the best I've had in this category. The chef and culinary team put out food that's fresh, generous, very varied, and consistently high quality every day. Don't miss the Turkish night with live music, which adds a local touch. I recommend choosing the all inclusive package so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about extra costs. The setting is another highlight: the hotel sits on beautiful rocky cliffs above the Mediterranean, with palm trees and wide panoramic views. In early spring, you can see snow on distant mountains, a striking contrast that sometimes makes it almost feel like Switzerland. The professional, attentive, genuinely friendly staff deserve credit too, and housekeeping keeps rooms spotless with consistent attention to detail. And say hello, or give a little cuddle, to the friendly cats who are part of the place's charm.

The food barely changed during the whole week, and some water and drinks cost extra, so it didn't feel all-inclusive. Check-in was poorly handled too. I was given a large suite despite being alone, with only a thin glimpse of the sea even though I'd booked a sea-view room. At night the music was incredibly loud until 2 a.m. If you don't plan to stay up drinking, this hotel probably isn't for you. I also found it a bit off-putting that many guests seemed to be there for dental or gastric procedures.
