Golden World Suite Hotel

The staff and receptionist were polite and helpful when we had questions, and the spacious parking lot outside was a real plus. We never had to worry about finding a parking space. Inside, though, cleaning seemed superficial. There was dirt behind the sofas and curtains, and under the bed we found sandals along with quite a few dust bunnies. The washing machine was dirty and had rusty coins inside, so I had to clean it before using it. There was no drying rack, which made washing clothes more difficult. The kitchen only had the basics, enough for pasta but not much more. The kettle was broken, with its lid detached, and it couldn't be switched off, which seemed like a safety risk if left plugged in. We also went several days without properly hot water, getting only lukewarm water at best. The rooms were very cold, and we needed thick jumpers and wool socks to stay warm. The AC was locked at a set temperature. After being out all day, it showed around 17 degrees when we came back.

I keep choosing Golden World Hotel when I visit Turkey because I like its facilities. The pool area is consistently clean and well managed, and the spa staff are welcoming and attentive. After a day of shopping, I can come back to a spotless room and an immaculate bathroom. I'm very picky about room upkeep and cleanliness, and I've always found the rooms spotless. Thanks to all the staff for making each visit pleasant.

The rooms at Golden World Hotel are always clean, and the staff make you feel welcome. Mariam deserves a special thank you for keeping my room so tidy. I rate this hotel highly.

I've stayed at Golden world Hotel for three years in a row and have always appreciated how clean and comfortable it is. My belongings have felt safe, and the rooms have been spotless each time. I also met one of the housekeeping ladies this visit, and she was so warm and kind. The hotel has a peaceful feel, and the rooms, pool, and spa are all kept clean. I did have a troubling experience with one receptionist. I think she may be of Russian background. She came across as aggressive and unfriendly, communicated poorly, and seemed to treat some guests differently, perhaps because of their background or language. It was upsetting and surprising for a hotel of this standard. I hope management looks into it, provides more training, or considers moving her to another role. My rating mostly reflects the clean room, kind housekeeping staff, and relaxing spa, as that one staff member affected the reception experience.
