The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was fine, but the WiFi was poor. The TV was connected to an Android box by Ethernet, and with no signal it wouldn't work. I couldn't even switch it over to my own device, which is a real drawback nowadays. There was a fridge, but the safe was locked, so I couldn't use it. I was only there for three nights and didn't report it; I carried my wallet and passport with me. I was lucky I didn't pay, because I might have rated it lower otherwise. It was just okay for me. I wouldn't recommend it or return, though it may suit someone watching their budget. S

The rooms were well equipped, and the hotel was comfortable and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially MS Hulya at reception. She was kind, modest, and always smiling. I'd recommend staying here.

The place felt safe and secure, and it was very tidy in a great location. The staff were kind and caring, and clearly put a lot into making the guest experience memorable. I loved it 😊

The rooms are spacious enough at 30sqm and very quiet. This is a newly built hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. Its location worked well for us, a few minutes' walk from the Tramway, and there's free car parking outside.
