The apartment was very cold, and there were only two thin, poor-quality blankets for four people. No heaters were available, so they didn't help much. Hot water ran out after one person, and the old yellowish towels looked unhygienic. There was also a strong garlic smell from the kitchen. The location is far from the city, which made getting around inconvenient. When I arrived, nobody helped me to the apartment or with my luggage, basic service even for a serviced apartment. I had booked three nights but left after the first. This place doesn't meet even basic comfort and service standards. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

The flats matched the listing: new, clean, with a nice pool, large comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and kettle. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Wi-Fi was the weak point, dropping during voicemail and video calls and sometimes not working at all. Getting a taxi early in the morning in Lara was also difficult. They didn't seem to come when we pressed the button, unlike in other parts of town. Luckily, the host made sure our ride to the airport arrived on time. There are lots of street dogs around too. Most were sleepy or sluggish, but sometimes they gathered in groups, which wasn't pleasant. Stay away from the dogs' weddings!

We had a family stay this summer and found the place really clean and conveniently located. Special thanks to Mr. Timur for being understanding and helpful. I hope the service stays this good. I recommend it.

I stayed at this amazing place with two adults and three kids. The rooms and pool were great, and everything was clean and good. Thanks!

A really nice, clean place with good hospitality. Yousif, the owner, was helpful and a very nice guy.
