We celebrated our party here with a big group, including kids. The service was good and the hospitality was nice.

We liked the bungalows as a change from living in concrete buildings. The surroundings are green and peaceful, with the Sarısu River just behind the property and ducks and geese to watch. The pool is there too, and barbecue by the river is possible if you bring your own supplies. The hotel provides breakfast with enough variety, and tea and coffee are available around the clock. Being close to nature means you may see flies or ants, but that didn't bother us. The bungalows are comfortable for families, and the grounds have a pool, green areas and natural surroundings that exceeded our expectations. Hotel prices can be more affordable if you book directly. Staff were attentive and did their best to help. Reception was friendly, and the kitchen, cleaning and garden teams all did their jobs well. We especially thank the owner, Mr. Khashayar, who arranged adjacent bungalows for our two families on request despite the hotel being highly occupied. He helped provide a comfortable, clean and peaceful stay. The location is already lovely, and additions such as canoe trips on the river or water slides in the pool could make the hotel even better in future.

The grounds are very green, with a stream behind the property, lovely views and ducks that are fun to watch. There's also a small zoo beside the main entrance with a few animals the children may enjoy. For families, the place has children's play areas, free parking and a multipurpose cafeteria. Tea and coffee are available free all day and night. The kitchen manager is quick and practical, and looks for solutions when problems come up. The two women working here and in room service deserve more than five stars. Breakfast is buffet style, with what I think is an adequate selection. There's a barbecue guests can use free, and the 1.40-metre pool was very clean. There's also a tiny pool for children.
