Lexia Hotels

Breakfast was tasty, and the host serving it was so friendly. Being waited on with a smile felt warm, almost like being at home. The room was modern, luxurious, and looked amazing, with cleaning every day even when we hadn't asked. The pool was peaceful and lovely, and the music in the hallways made a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and hospitable, always ready to help with questions. I stayed at the Lexia Hotel last week and thought the experience deserved another star. If I return to Antalya, I'll definitely book here again. 😁

The breakfast service was a real bright spot. The staff member noticed my coffee was cold and came over to replace it with a hot one, which I appreciated. The room size was acceptable, but the air conditioning only blew hot air. Reception said it was centrally controlled and everyone else had it on hot, so they couldn't give us cold air. We had to open the window for fresh air in December, and because lots of people smoke in Turkey, we kept opening and closing it. Hopefully it can provide cold air in summer. The shower was the smallest I've ever seen, and you have to accept a wet floor, with water sometimes leaking outside the bathroom. Parking is right next to the hotel. It looks like an empty construction site, but it's reasonably good and spacious enough for around 14 cars.

The staff made a big difference, warm, friendly, and helpful even with a small misunderstanding during my stay. Cinnamon, the hotel dog, was such a sweet presence around the property, and I already miss him. The food was excellent overall: breakfast was very good, though a wider selection would help, and the main meals were delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel looks stunning, almost new, with beautiful, elegant decor and a fresh, modern, well cared for feel. In my opinion, the Lexia Hotel in Antalya deserves more than its listed 3 stars and feels like a 5-star experience. A few small changes could improve it further: opening the roof over the pool to let guests sunbathe, having an on-site massage therapist, keeping a bartender at the lounge bar since the lack of one was sometimes inconvenient, and adding more coffee pods to the rooms. These are minor points beside a wonderful stay. The decor, food, staff, and welcoming atmosphere made it special, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya. I can't wait to return.

The music in the hallway was the worst of it. Both nights, loud elevator music played around midnight and carried into our room, waking my partner and me. The bathroom setup also makes no sense and left the toilet area messy. Service was barely okay, and the team walked off when they saw us struggling to park. Nobody helped with our bags either. The other reviews feel exaggerated. A memorable way to spend our anniversary, unfortunately.
