What made this place special was how kind and responsive the staff were. When I had to head out on multi-day tours around Turkey, they stored my things, paused my booking, and made the arrangements easy. They also handled a last-minute reservation change quickly and with understanding when I got sick. That kind of care is rare and priceless. The rooms are cozy and well equipped, even for a longer stay. It's conveniently located and the prices are very reasonable. One of the best places I've stayed during my travels, highly recommend for comfort, flexibility, and genuine hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Livia Luxury Apart Hotel in Antalya. The team were friendly and helpful throughout. Our apartment was modern and spacious, with a kitchen, balcony, and comfortable living area. It's ideally placed, a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Süpersiniz!

Our apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, including a jacuzzi and a dining table on the terrace. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The beach and lots of restaurants are only about a five-minute walk away. Looking forward to coming back.

We were happy with everything about the stay: the staff, room, cleanliness, and location. Many thanks to Pinar and the team, we'd gladly return. Finding the building was tricky at first because our Airbnb listing called the apartment “Studyo Delux Daire,” while the sign outside says “Livia Luxury Apart Hotel.” It would help to include that name in the Airbnb description.

The beach is about a five-minute walk from Livia Residence, a welcoming place to stay in Antalya. Our apartment had a spacious room, a king-size bed, and a kitchen-living area with a sofa bed where my son slept. The kitchen had a four-burner gas stove, electric grill, kettle, coffee maker, and air fryer, with what we needed to cook and eat in. The pool is open from 9am to 9pm, and towels are available.
