Most of the time I was relaxed and happy here, and I’d come back. The food was great, the hotel is awesome, and it’s good value for money. The cleaners were lovely, the men at reception were very polite, and first impressions were excellent. At the bar and restaurant, some staff gave really good service. The short guy with the best English and the young women were generally helpful and polite, though staff service varied. A few things could have made the stay even better. The spa could be a nice place to relax, but it’s a small space and can be too noisy when lots of little children are there. Getting a beer to help with the noise wasn’t always easy either: you have to queue at the one serving spot upstairs, and they give you only a small glass at a time. There were lots of stray animals around the hotel, sometimes even inside the restaurant. I’m allergic, so eating outside wasn’t always easy, and I hadn’t come across this at a 5-star hotel before. Still, things were very good 95% of the time.

The city view from our room was beautiful, especially in the evening. Rooms were roomy, comfortable, and very nicely designed, and the pool was always clean and looked after. We also liked the restaurant’s comfortable setting and the plenty of seating. The private beach was perfect and just a one-minute walk away. Complimentary drinks were available there, and we got Starbucks coupons as a nice extra. There were activities and entertainment for guests too, which made it clear the hotel wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We were very pleased with everything, which exceeded our expectations, and would happily recommend the hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The entertainment team brought so much energy to our holiday. They were friendly and spoke several languages, and the live atmosphere made everything more fun. Housekeeping was quick to handle our requests and always so polite. The whole team gave us attentive, flawless service. Special thanks to Ayşe Hanım, Şehmus Bey at the towel desk, Manuel, and Batuhan Bey in the restaurant. Each of them was genuinely kind and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing stay!

The spa was a lovely place to unwind, and we really enjoyed the tasty food and good choice of dishes. Evenings were a highlight, with fun quizzes, karaoke and live bands. We spent four nights here and had a great time. Highly

The mini club and game area were the biggest highlights for us. There were enjoyable activities during the day, and the night shows were wonderful too. The entertainment team spoke more than 4 languages and spent plenty of time engaging with guests. Thanks to the mini club entertainers. Mr Ali did everything we asked and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. At reception, Mr Kadir got us checked in in less than 5 minutes, and Mr Mohammed from animation was a great guy. Honestly, everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. It's an awesome hotel, and I fully recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable holiday.
