Miracle Resort

The grounds are large and well looked after, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was good too. Still, after ten days, our impression was “not great, not terrible,” and we definitely won’t come back. The main problem was the food. Our child could barely find anything she liked beyond rice, sausages, fries, and corn. She tried some other things but only to stop feeling hungry. On day eight, my wife, who was 32 weeks pregnant, and our child both got quite badly sick from the food. They were still recovering on the third day after symptoms began. I seemed to escape it because I didn’t try the fish. We also heard about other people feeling unwell after different fish dishes during our stay. There weren’t many activities for kids, which felt disappointing for a resort presenting itself as high-end and family-friendly. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were a good thing, but the children’s pools with slides and entertainment were freezing, even for me. We did travel in mid to late October, but it was still a shame that so much of the resort and its activities couldn’t be enjoyed. That’s why I’m not giving it one star, though three is about as high as I can go.

Metin from room service made a real effort for my son’s birthday, decorating our room and making sure everything was just right. Alena at the Mini Club also arranged a wonderful birthday celebration, and Melissa was friendly, professional, and always glad to help. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept, with a lovely private beach that’s set up perfectly for a relaxing day in the sun. We were lucky with the weather too. We had a great stay at Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa. The all-inclusive food, drinks, and service were excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. I’d definitely recommend Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa.

The hotel’s architecture is beautiful and it has plenty of potential, but the service didn’t live up to the advertised five-star standard. We probably wouldn’t return. The reception team didn’t seem especially welcoming, communication felt formal rather than professional, and the service overall was uneven. Food was average, with a more limited choice than I expected and inconsistent quality. Having staff serve guests instead of letting people choose their own food was inconvenient and often meant waiting. Some shared spaces, including the restrooms and the areas around the hotel, also seemed less cared for than they should be. The biggest disappointment was room cleaning. During our stay, towels were changed but the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived, with peanut crumbs and other dirt on it. The sheets were changed just once in our 14 days, and only after we asked.

The room was spacious and attractive, one of the few good parts of the stay. The pool service was poor, and the entertainment was awful. There was very little for children to do, the kids’ pool was so cold my child wouldn’t swim, and the children’s entertainment staff didn’t seem professional or engaged. Meals were the same every day, without variety or special choices, and both my child and I got sick from the food. The hotel doctor was extremely expensive and seemed connected with a hospital where the prices were shockingly high. The rest of the experience was a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to families.
