Olbia Residence Hotel

We stayed with a friend and both loved it. The sea view is beautiful, and you’re right by the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Amazing spot, highly recommend!

I spent more than two hours swimming in the amazing temperature-controlled pool. The hotel is perfectly placed, very near the beach, which you can see from the balcony. Our room was clean and spacious, though the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Breakfast came as a buffet. I’m not keen on buffet food because it doesn’t feel fresh, and that was the case here.

For people who can’t afford a five star hotel, this is a good option for the price. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The older man on the evening reception shift might come across as unfriendly at first, but he’s a good person who tries to help. The guys at the morning desk are great and helpful too.

There are restaurants and shops all around within walking distance, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. The room views are exceptional, too. On the downside, the rooms are dated, there’s no sound insulation, breakfast isn’t great, and the staff could be better. For a 3 stars hotel, it’s fine if you just need somewhere to leave your bags and sleep.
