I had a good vacation here, and the people hosting the hotel were very friendly, especially Damla, who knows the city really well. The room was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was wonderful, and the pool was warm and perfect. It’s a very nice hotel for the price. I recommend getting a room with the beach view shown in the pictures.

The pool was still dirty and closed when we left after seven days, despite being told it would be ready two days after we arrived. It’s beside a public street with no privacy, so passersby can watch you swim. Staff were rude and unprofessional, knocked on our door constantly, and made inappropriate comments. When I asked for another room cleaning, I was told the cleaner was “on vacation.” The worst issue was the towels. We took the hotel towels to the beach because nobody had told us that wasn’t allowed, and they were included in what we paid. After we returned them for washing, a staff member and the manager came to our door, accused us of ruining them, and demanded 1000 lira. There was no such rule in the hotel or on its website. When we objected, they threatened to charge 5-6000 lira if we “kept doing this.” At checkout they charged us 1500 lira for the towels and also accused us of dirtying the sheets, which is normal after a beach holiday. They treated us like criminals over a rule that had never been explained. The hotel was filthy. The bathroom flooded after every shower, the sink was barely attached to the wall, the mirrors were dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The towels and bedding were stained, pillowcases looked used, the balcony was covered in dirt and dust, and the soap and toiletries looked unhygienic and suspicious. Breakfast was tasteless, poorly presented, and disgusting. I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. From the moment we arrived until we left, the stay was a disaster. The food was terrible, the staff were disrespectful and disorganized, and I couldn’t wait to get out. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t book here, it was a complete nightmare.

This family-run hotel was amazing, and everyone was very helpful. Our room was clean and modern, with a breathtaking view. It’s well located near the beach, and the swimming pool was very nice. We also loved the homely Turkish breakfast. I’d recommend it to anyone and will definitely visit again.

NO STARS FROM US. It’s right on the main road and noisy all day and night. We had no room service all week, no clean towels or emptied bins, and the bathroom needed a better clean. There wasn’t a kettle, mug, or glass to make a drink, and no extra toilet rolls either. Breakfast was really bad. No kind of juice, no English tea, just very strong coffee, and the milk wasn’t good. Smoke was everywhere because people smoked in the hotel and downstairs in the lobby. With a family watching TV there, the lobby was nowhere to sit and have a drink. The swimming pool had no water and was filthy around the edges. The photos showed nothing like what the hotel was actually like. It was bad all around, and I’d never stay here again.
