The beaches were a letdown, with slippery moss on the rocks making swimming feel unsafe. The pool bar was just okay, and the entertainers seemed unhappy to be doing their jobs. At the hotel, our room was average, the cheap shower shampoo nearly ruined my hair, and the hand soap was awful. I shared a bunk bed with my younger brother and had the top bunk, which had no proper rail and felt like it might fall apart. I was scared to sleep there. The food was terrible and repeated every day, with incomplete meals, plain rice and no accompaniments, honey-covered desserts and no cakes. The drink machines were often empty or not refilled, and by day four we had food poisoning. We ended up eating at the restaurant next to the kebab shop and felt like we hadn’t had proper food in a month, even though it had only been two or three days. The market next door is worth a visit for food. We arrived around 4:00 AM on September 27th. The lobby was clean and the arrival wasn’t too bad, though there were no pastries or cookies. This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The one thing this place has going for it is its location near the beach and city center. I’m here with a large group now, and it has been the worst vacation I’ve had. Hygiene is awful, there are no sheets, pillows, or blankets, and the bathrooms are broken. Most of the guests seem to have food poisoning. Lunch and dinner have been exactly the same for four days. This feels like the biggest scam I’ve experienced. I’ll never come back!

This place was horrible from the rooms to the food and service. Some staff were kind, but reception couldn’t speak English or German. The pool felt like a bacteria paradise, and the beach is all stones, too difficult to enter with children or adults. The bar only seemed to open in short stretches, and ice cream was limited to one scoop per person, vanilla or chocolate. For a resort that calls itself family friendly, there’s just one five-meter slide, with all the kids crowded onto it at once, and it was filthy. I don’t know who allowed it to keep operating. The rooms are old, unpainted, with ugly bare floors and bathrooms like railway toilets. The beds looked dirty and ancient. Food choices were tiny for a place claiming five stars, and the grill looked like it had never been cleaned. My whole family ate there for a few days and got food poisoning. Someone on staff said we shouldn’t eat in the canteen because it wasn’t the first time someone had been poisoned. Don’t book even one night here, especially not a week or two. You’ll cry.

The restaurants and bars were filthy and made us feel sick just being there. I’d give this place two stars at most, nowhere near the four or five it claims, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless it were free. The room was in a semi-underground area, with cardboard walls on one side and a storage space full of rubbish on the other. We could hear every toilet flush from upstairs. After our first night, we asked to move. The tour operator had told the hotel it was our honeymoon, though thankfully it wasn’t, we were just hoping for a better room. The repair work was unfinished, things were old and falling apart, and the hallways were in poor condition. I also wasn’t sure the towels were changed after cleaning, as they seemed to be put back in place. Everything felt dirty and unpleasant.

A deflated beach ball accidentally hit a woman while she was lying on a pool chair. She tried to pop it, then threw her chair into the pool while we were still swimming and started taking pictures of us. We were children, around 10-14. We called the manager, she made a scene and shouted, then was kicked out and we went back to playing. The whole hotel had so much drama. The pool itself was ordinary but decent. The food was mediocre, the fruit was warm and dry, and there were snails in the grapes. Workers smoked while working, and cleaners played loud music through speakers as they cleaned. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Don’t come here, it’s a waste of money and time.
