The steam bath was okay, but the hammam was mediocre at best, and the masseuses made us uncomfortable. The whole place felt unserious, and I regret paying for the experience. The sauna wasn't warm even though it showed 80 degrees Celsius. Staff didn't acknowledge the problem and treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. I wouldn't recommend this spa and hammam. There are much better, more professional options elsewhere in Antalya. We paid the same price as some five-star hotels and spas, so consider those instead.

The lack of an elevator made hauling all the baby's things up and down the hotel pretty tiring. My first mattress was uncomfortable, but the staff replaced it with a new one on the second day, which made the stay better. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout. The hospitality and quick response were commendable, though the stairs may be a consideration if you're traveling with young children or heavy luggage.

I had to walk through the reception area almost naked to get between the sauna and hammam, which are right by reception. I asked for a female specialist for the peeling, hammam massage, and massage. The man at reception took offense and charged me 400 instead of 350, saying it was an extra charge for a female specialist. The woman who treated me wasn't friendly, spoke no English, and didn't seem interested in what she was doing. She knew the massage techniques but seemed too lazy to provide decent service. The place is old and needs renovation and cleaning. The sauna and hammam themselves were fine, but this was one of the worst spa experiences I've had. I don't recommend it.

The sauna was nice, and I spent about 30 minutes there. The hammam with Adam(?) was the best part, around 30 minutes. He didn't speak English, but he was EXCELLENT, and I could've stayed with him all day. Staff in general weren't very helpful, didn't speak English, and made me feel like a huge inconvenience. After that I had an hour's massage. I work as a sports therapist, so I know massages. The girl was basic but good, and I enjoyed it until she worked on my groin far too hard and caused major bruising. If that happened in the UK, I'd have grounds to sue! It's a good spa, but they need better customer service and massage therapists who don't injure people. It cost 700TL, about £30.
