The Suites Apart-hotel

At 11 p.m., after driving nearly 500 km from Cappedocië to Antalya with our four children, we were told to either take a fourth-floor room or find another hotel. We'd booked ahead and asked for the first or second floor because of the children's safety. The woman at reception had said she could arrange that, then denied it when we arrived. When I asked what could be done, she offered no solution and sent us away. She was very rude and lied to us.

The location is handy, around 10 to 15 minutes from the beach, with a few local shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. The rooms are decent, but the furniture is dated, and some chairs were broken with sharp edges. Don't rely on the Wi-Fi, though. I couldn't get connected at all.

The Tuesday farmers market was a highlight, really interesting, and we were also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the beach, about 15 minutes away. We spent two weeks here and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily recommend The Suites Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Everything went smoothly, and the owner had clearly taken care of all the details. The staff were kind and excellent too. Thanks to every one of them. Everything was perfect, and I'd recommend this place to anyone. Go without hesitation.
