Tut Hotel

After booking through Booking.com, I had a confirmation and paid for a taxi to the hotel, only to be told when I arrived that there was no room. I contacted Booking.com straight away. While I was still on the phone, their representative emailed the hotel to confirm what was happening, but the receptionist refused to cooperate. The representative was shocked. When I said, “People like you are destroying tourism in Turkey,” the receptionist didn't apologize. They shouted, “Then don't come!” It was midnight, and I was a paying guest left without anywhere to stay. I had to take another taxi and spend the night outside. The whole thing was disrespectful and humiliating, and completely unacceptable. Don't book here if you value your money, safety, and dignity.

Tea made my vacation so memorable. She's the kindest person I've met in hotel service, warm, communicative and positive. Now I know where I'll come back to whenever I'm in Antalya. The hotel itself is fresh, everything inside is new, and the rooms are very clean. My stay was incredible. Thank you, guys 🫶🏽💕

I felt welcome and safe here. The staff were friendly and spoke more than three languages, which made it easy to communicate. My room was always clean, and the hotel is beautiful. Great value.

The Tuesday market is right outside, and there are plenty of cafes and coffee shops on the way to the beach, which is about five minutes away. The location is lovely, the staff are super friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Good value for the money and the best price in town. I'll stay again. Thanks!
