There's a pool, and it's good value for money. You're very close to the beach, with Domino's around the corner and a great croissant place across the road, serving lovely sweet and savory filled croissants. I found a good Turkish breakfast nearby, though you might have to get lucky. Migros and Bim are handy for groceries. The rooms may not be the main draw.

We stayed here in 2020 and found it lovely and affordable. The rooms were nice, a bit small, but suitable and as expected. The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Our hosts were very welcoming and helped with whatever we needed. They even arranged for me to receive an international phone call at their neighboring friend's hotel, which I really appreciated.

The room had mold on the ceiling, bedding with holes, and very old, bleached towels. It also didn't match the online pictures. For cleaning, you have to leave your key at reception, and sometimes the room still isn't cleaned, with excuses like "cleaning lady was not here today..." Only one receptionist spoke English and seemed nice. The older man wasn't polite, and seemed to talk badly about guests in Turkish while they were standing there. There was construction noise in the building with no warning. They said the day before it wouldn't continue, but it carried on the next day.

The location was very convenient, close to the sea and a bus stop. The rooms were good, with a kitchen and washing machine, and the Wi-Fi was good for work. Staff were polite, too.
