Volkii Hotel

The experience was enjoyable, and the staff were very helpful. It's very close to the beach and reasonably priced. If you need a rental car, reception can arrange one through a partner company for a good price, and they even bring it to the hotel.

The location is great, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic, with boiled eggs and a small choice of cheese, vegetables, and fruit. When I checked in, there was a cigarette floating in the toilet, and a few essentials were missing, including a toilet paper holder.

The young man at reception was tidy, friendly, and tried to help, but communication was impossible because nobody could speak English. The rest of the group seemed to hang around the place. We were put in one room, then told the next morning to move or pay an extra £200. The beds felt like wood, the place wasn’t very clean, and breakfast felt like a waste of time. Reception also felt like walking through someone’s living room. Dogs barked outside all night, every night.

The beach is right next door, and the city and some great restaurants are close by. The service is very friendly, and this is the best hotel in Konyaaltı. Rooms are small but cozy, with a TV and mini fridge; some balconies have a lovely sea view. The beds are comfortable, and you can have your room cleaned daily if you like. The free breakfast is tasty and has what you need, including fresh fruit, though a little juice or water would be nice for people who don’t like Turkish tea. There’s a small pool that mostly seemed to be used by children. A great place for a reasonable price.
