Wise Hotel & SPA - Adult Only

I felt really looked after here, and the kind, attentive staff at reception took care of whatever I asked for. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices to start the day. I went to the spa several times. The massages and sauna were unforgettable, and the beauty therapists were real professionals who left me feeling renewed. The room was cleaned daily, tea and coffee supplies were topped up, and fresh towels and bed linen were provided every day. Staying at Wisa Hotel felt comfortable and heartwarming. It's a place where you feel welcome and at peace, and I'll always cherish the experience.

I'd read mixed reviews, but I found this to be a great hotel, with everything working well. The spa was especially good. The person who looked after me there treated me perfectly, offered drinks, and made sure I had everything I needed. She and the other staff were friendly, and I have only positive things to say about them.

I spent a week at Wise Hotel & Spa in Antalya and found the atmosphere peaceful and welcoming. It felt like a community, with other guests just as friendly and sincere as the staff. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. This has become more than a holiday destination for me. It feels like a special place where I'll always be welcome, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for both relaxation and a heartfelt, memorable experience.

The room was uncomfortable in just about every way. Things were broken or wonky, the floor wasn't cleaned during our stay, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that we bought our own in Turkey. We also bought towels because the supplied ones just moved water around instead of absorbing it. Tea and coffee were never replenished, so we had to ask every time. Breakfast ran from 8am to 10pm, but unless you were there at 8 sharp, the food was stone cold. Much of it was hard to identify or inedible, and it was never replenished. There wasn't food an English person would eat. The pool is tiny and shaded for most of the day, and there's no sunbathing area. This was the worst hotel we've stayed at and looked nothing like the pictures. We couldn't be paid to stay again. Avoid it if you don't want your trip ruined.
