The staff handled every request professionally and were helpful, and the location made it convenient to get around. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me an excellent night's sleep. After a long day, it was a relaxing place to return to. I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would recommend the Royal Comfort Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location is far from the city center, so getting around was expensive, and there wasn't proper parking. The view was beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. Our room lacked basic amenities and hadn't been cleaned properly; when we raised it, we were told we hadn't requested cleaning. Breakfast was poor too. Our Apple Watch was stolen, and after we left, the hotel said they couldn't find it. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and I urge Booking.com to remove it from their list.

The restaurant's view was top notch, and both dinner and breakfast were very good. I couldn't find another hotel in the center of Arakli, but they found me a place to stay, and it was very comfortable. I had a really nice time during my Black Sea Walking Challenge. Thank you very much 🫶

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were okay. Room service was okay too. My only real comfort issue was the extra bed, since it was a sofa bed and could've been comfier.

From the balcony, you can see green mountains and the beach, and the view is breathtaking. There are lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and plenty of other things to enjoy during your stay.
