For the price, it was good value, and the hygiene was very good. The rooms were cold, so you have to switch on the air conditioning to warm them up. Reception was very friendly, but I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn’t allow a slightly later check-out. I’d arrived at midnight for a one-night booking. Aside from that, everything was good.

The room was dirty and musty, the bathroom looked old and neglected, the staff were unfriendly, and breakfast was disappointing. For the price, I wouldn’t stay again. The place felt like a museum of forgotten hotels, complete with dust everywhere and a musty smell that seemed to be part of its “vintage atmosphere.” Breakfast brought back memories of 1985, without any of the good parts. I’d rather have spent that money on postcards. One night here took me from “travel is fun” straight to “I just want to go home.” The room smelled as if someone had left wet towels in a suitcase for years, and the shower only gave water when it felt like it. Breakfast was so poorly done that even the toaster looked sad. For that price, waiting at the train station might have been more comfortable. I’d rather have slept on a park bench for the same money. It would have been cleaner, quieter, and friendlier. Absolutely disappointing, and I’ll never recommend this hotel. It’s one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, never again. This was a hotel nightmare: dirty, neglected rooms, an unpleasant smell, broken furniture, and disgusting bed linens. The staff were cold, rude, and completely disrespectful. It’s a disgrace to the industry, and every euro spent here felt wasted. People should be warned against booking this place.

The service and the clean rooms were both top-notch. Everything was perfect, and I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed three to a room and found it spacious, with a sea view. The location suited us, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Cleanliness was adequate, while the meals and breakfast were average. For what we paid for the tour, I thought the service was sufficient. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help. If you’re planning a trip to Turla and checking hotel reviews, I think you can feel reassured. We stayed here without concern.
