A nice place to visit.

We really enjoyed the beach, the sea, and the family-friendly feel, and the restaurant food was excellent. The rooms were clean and the restaurant service was good. It’s also conveniently close to Istanbul. There were some frustrating problems, though. The TV never worked, even after we mentioned it two or three times and were told someone would look at it. The beds were uncomfortable, one of our three had to sleep on the sofa bed, and the bathroom taps were rusty. Our room door was nearly broken and both opening and locking it were difficult. Staff were friendly, but the place needs more attention for what it costs per night. Water, tea, and other drinks were extra, and I feel at least water and tea should be included. We also paid 300 lira when leaving, which could have been handled better. We stayed three nights and four days this week. It was a lovely holiday in many ways, but I came home aching all over when I’d wanted to relax.

The women-only pool was the one bright spot, though it was too small. The rooms and food don’t make the price feel justified, and there was nothing for children to do. Even one star feels generous.

We were a group of nine and all came away happy. The staff were so welcoming, they felt like family, and it’s a great place to go with your family. The food was delicious, even for a picky eater like me. The rooms have air conditioning, there’s a women-only pool that men can use in the evening, and the beach is right there. Everything was lovely, and I’m already thinking about going back in August.
