The room was okay once we got into it, though traffic from the busy avenue made it noisy. We waited about 20 minutes in the lobby, then were sent to a room that wasn’t ours. They seemed to have an issue with our room but couldn’t explain it to us. It took roughly another hour to sort out. Nobody there could speak English, and the whole experience felt like the hotel was under new, inexperienced management. The place looks better in the pictures.

The cleanliness was very good, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, and it’s in a great location. I stayed here for the first time, and now it’s my go-to whenever I come back. The kindness and service are hard to find elsewhere.

I was here with my family last week. The hotel was comfortable and good quality, and everyone was friendly and very polite. I’d recommend it to anyone. No regrets. Thanks for everything.

The staff are trying, and the interior looks nice, but the place needs to get more organized and pay closer attention to cleaning. My reservation got messed up, though they sort of fixed it. The room was okay, but the towels were dirty and stained. It’ll do for a short stay if you don’t arrive with high expectations. There was breakfast in the morning, but it was weak. Check-in and check-out were okay. I pod 650 for a suite room for one night.
