We left in the middle of the night for a hotel about 10 minutes away, and never got our 90 euro back. The room looked nothing like the photos. There was mold on the walls, and the air stayed strongly of cat urine even with the windows open. The place seemed not to have been cleaned in a very long time: dried urine marks on the toilet, blood, sweat marks and hair on the bed, dirty floors with cobwebs, and coffee spilled over the bedside table that hadn't been wiped. The towels were unwashed too, like the bedding, and it seemed several people had slept there without it being cleaned. I could only add four photos. The owner also doesn't speak English.

The staff made things easy, especially by arranging my airport transfer, and the in-room tea and coffee were a nice extra in the mornings. I found the rooms spotless and the hotel's cleanliness really stood out. It's also a very convenient place if you need quick airport access, just a short drive away. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zelle and would recommend it for the clean rooms, handy location and helpful service.

A cute, clean place with warm, polite staff who were generous and helpful. It's close to the airport, about a $14 or 500 Tl cab ride. Be sure to order the taxi ahead of time, since it comes from the Airport. You can also order food from nearby restaurants. I'd highly recommend staying here for a few days before a flight.

We stayed as a team and were very comfortable. The rooms are new and clean, and they pay attention to what you need in the city. The welcome and service were so good I wish I could give six stars. We only stayed a short while in the evening, but it was the quietest accommodation in the area. It's very close to Istanbul airport. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, so thank you for everything.

Ümit at reception was so friendly, and the hotel has a peaceful feel when you walk around. I picked Zelle Airport Hotel between flights mainly because it's a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport and offered a room at a great price. The service was excellent too, with clean rooms, friendly staff, food delivery and airport transfer. Definitely 10 out of 10!
