Best Western Plus Trabzon

The room had a kitchen, but its electric stove didn't work. There weren't any toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom either. We also stayed two nights and came back after the first to find the room hadn't been cleaned or restocked, so it was still in the same state when we checked out. Best Western Plus Trabzon has a pleasant interior and a convenient location, and the stay was not bad overall. Taking care of these issues would make it much more comfortable for guests.

The view is the one redeeming point, and even that disappears if you're on a lower floor. The location has some scenery, but nearby essentials are scarce, just a bakery and a few small grocery shops. Our room was cramped, and housekeeping could leave it uncleaned and not restock it for days. Service was awful. We waited about four hours for fresh towels and called more than three times. When we first arrived, there was no kettle or iron in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredibly bland, and I saw several plates that hadn't been cleaned properly. The rooms are below average, and reception and service were so horrible I can't describe it.

I liked the location for visiting the area, about a 20-30 minute drive from both trabzon and rize, with plenty of restaurants close by. There's also a small market by reception where you can pick up snacks, drinks, chargers, and other basics. The rooms were clean, modern, and generally comfortable. The service was great too, and the staff were really nice and professional. A nice hotel overall.

We had a lovely stay at this super nice hotel. sinem at reception was so kind and helpful, and erdi helped us a lot too.
