4/10
The location is just off the road, and the internet was very good. The man at reception was very helpful. Breakfast was very limited, though, and the hotel’s nice appearance didn’t match the rooms I tried on levels 1, 2, and 4, which all smelled really bad. The bathroom needs repairs, with things falling down and damaged.

The restaurant has a nice sea view, and breakfast was good. Although the hotel is on the main street, the rooms stayed very quiet. Everything was well maintained, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the morning front desk agent spoke English and Arabic. It suits solo travelers, couples, and families. Definitely recommend it.

6/10
It’s a quiet place near the sea, with markets nearby. The furniture is new and cleanliness was very good, but it’s far from Trabzon centre. Service at the hotel was poor. I had trouble with the WiFi and air conditioning for two days, although the staff were cooperative.

The staff are brilliant, and the rooms are fantastic. They can help with late night arrivals, transport, hire cars, tours, you name it. Wonderful hotel!

The rooms are large and very comfortable. The only drawback is that the internet is heavy.
