The pool and water park were good, and the food was good too. But it felt like a two-star place even though it was advertised as a decent four-star hotel. The beds were dirty, the rooms were disgusting, and the bathrooms were horrendous. They need proper cleaning and renovation. I felt like vomiting each time I went into the restroom. The whole place looked really unprofessional, and I felt very unsafe. Wi-fi barely worked outside the first-floor lobby, despite being promised in all five floors' rooms. When I asked about it, they dismissed me. I'd never go back.

We had a nice family stay in early May, renting a 2+1 with a medium-sized kitchen. Our seven-year-old son loved the slides and pool, and the hotel had one of the most impressive gyms I've seen at a hotel. Parking was free and easy. It took about ten minutes to walk to the beach and five to reach the main street for groceries and dinner. We were the first guests of the season, and they let us check out late so we could enjoy the pool. We'll definitely come back.

Big, well-equipped rooms and a good location, with the beach an easy walk away. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and prices were affordable, including very cheap drinks at the bar. The pool was fun, with active aquo on weekends. A great experience, I'll remember it for my next Arsuz vacation.
