We’re the two women from Mauritius who stayed on December 26, 2025, and although I’m posting late, I wanted to share how kind everyone at Hikmet’s House was from the moment we arrived. The receptionist did his best to communicate despite the language barrier, and it never caused a problem. He patiently answered all our questions, and the woman on staff was also incredibly sweet and attentive. When we got hungry one night, they arranged food right away. Before our early flight the next morning, they also made us a small breakfast when we asked, even though it was before their usual hours. Their warm hospitality and excellent service really touched us. I wholeheartedly recommend Hikmet’s House. The welcome was my favorite part.

The staff were incredibly kind and helped me with whatever I needed to have a good stay. They even let me do yoga in the lobby or on the terrace in the mornings, and there was always free tea. It’s a lovely, simple hotel where it’s easy to feel at home, with very clean rooms, a pleasant shared area, and a terrace.

The trip was meant to take an hour but ended up being a tiring four hours, so we were glad when the staff member brought us from the drop-off point to the lobby. Everything was beautiful and clearly well cared for, and both the lobby and our room were surprisingly clean. There’s a nice view, calm music in the lobby, free hot drinks, and cold drinks for sale in the freezer. The journey was worth it.

We booked the jacuzzi room for one day and paid 5000 TL. For me, it was definitely worth the price. The atmosphere is magnificent and seriously clean. When you visit Cappadocia, I’d absolutely recommend considering it as your best option. You should see the place and stay.
