We only stayed one night because we were traveling, and I wish we’d slept in the car instead. The sheets were dirty and smelled awful, and the room didn’t even have curtains. I’d be very concerned about the risk of scabies here. Don’t stay.

A good place for solo travelers who just need somewhere to come and go, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. The person looking after the rooms is very good.

The balcony was nice, and the bedspreads and covers were very clean. It’s a friendly family guesthouse, and I try to base my accommodation choices on reviews, so I want to be objective about the rest. The building is very old. There was no TV or towels in the room, and not even toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet was so cramped that you had to move to the edge to close the door. Opening that door also brought a really strong old smell. We were first told that our reserved room was full and offered one with a bed missing. When we looked unhappy, they said they’d put the other guests in the smaller room and give us another one. Nobody came to that room all night. For what we paid, it wasn’t a worthwhile stay.

The smell was awful, and the place was incredibly dirty. The toilet, floors, and sheets were all a mess. Calling it terrible barely covers it.
