Assos Livza Butik & Apart Otel

Those evenings on the pier, watching the moonlight on the sea, were especially lovely. Livza is a quiet, peaceful boutique hotel, just right for a restful break. We enjoyed our four days a lot. The rooms were clean, breakfast was more than enough, and the staff were kind and attentive. Cihan Bey and Mertcan did so much to make us comfortable, thank you both. You can get into the sea from the pier, or use the little nearby beach. The water was cool in a nice way and pristine. There’s no dinner at the hotel, but they have snacks, and prices are around market level, not high. There are restaurants close by. I left feeling rested and at peace. Hope to see you again, and thanks for everything.

We had a three-day stay and were really pleased. The sea was very clean, and the rooms were lovely and tidy. Peace and quiet here are just right. Breakfast was excellent, too. Mr. Cihan and Mr. Mert Can did their best, and Ms. Aslı was so attentive. Many thanks to all of you. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a great time here. The owner and his wife were so attentive, and breakfast was fantastic. It’s a lovely quiet spot to relax, in a great location. Come without hesitation.

The sea was calm and crystal clear, and getting in from the pier made it especially peaceful. There was no loud music, just the sound of the waves while we relaxed. We stayed as a family in July 2025. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including a huge crib for our baby. The staff were kind and helpful in every way. Breakfast and all the food we had on the pier were delicious. My one suggestion is to put fabric umbrellas on the pier. The straw ones didn’t block much sun, which was hard with the baby. :)
