Burcu Hanım prepared an exceptional breakfast each morning, with fresh, natural, locally sourced food. We enjoyed the lovely view and soft sounds of nature, and a couple of lovely doves even came by sometimes. The rooms are distinctive, with carved wooden details, and each is named after a different kind of pepper. The warmth and care from Burcu Hanım and Hikmet Bey made us feel as if we’d known them for years. Biber Evi is a beautifully restored historical mansion in the heart of Behramkale, with a peaceful atmosphere and timeless charm. It’s more than a place to sleep, it’s somewhere to breathe, slow down and reconnect with simple things. A memorable stay, and highly recommended!

The owner is a gem, welcoming, helpful and an excellent chef. She grows her own produce and makes jams, oils and other things for breakfast. That meal was one of the best I’ve had in Turkiye, and one of the best in many years of traveling. It’s home cooked with love and a real desire to introduce you to new flavors and dishes. The rooms and common areas are gorgeous and inviting, with superb views. You’re right in the centre of Assos and can easily visit the surrounding area, though a car is a must. It’s a great hotel for a relaxing, traditional stay. I can’t wait to come back ❤️

The meals Burcu makes with fruit and vegetables from the garden are superb. We’ve made the breakfast omelet recipe at home many times since, it’s heavenly! Burcu and Hikmet are welcoming owners who are always up for a chat and happy to offer tips for exploring Assos, the ancient small town. They take great care of their guests at this authentic boutique hotel, with only a few rooms and a wonderful view of Assos and the Aegean Sea. They give everything to make you feel right at home. We spent some unforgettable days here and absolutely recommend it!

Burcu made us feel right at home, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Biber is clean, cozy and conveniently located. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, welcoming visit!

The breakfast was among the best I’ve had in many years of travel, and the service and rooms were high quality. The rooms were well equipped and clean, and the building itself is gorgeous. Biberevi’s location is great too. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality, especially to the owners, Burcu and Hikmet. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return. 💖💖
