We went without expecting much, since my wife had only found the hotel online. At the door, Batuhan greeted us with such a modest, kind manner that I warmed to him little by little. He showed us to our room and had already made a great impression. From there, the stay felt like spending a few days with family. The rooms were clean, the towels smelled lovely, and the food was delicious. Mr. Ismail and Mrs. Hilal were so friendly and genuine, and their daughter-in-law, Gizem, was especially sweet, always fluttering about like a butterfly. I was proud to see someone so sincere running a place like this in my hometown. I’m so glad my wife found it, and thankful to her for such a wonderful holiday. I hope we can come back with the family. Wishing them all bright paths, good fortune, and plenty of business, God willing.

We loved the privacy and comfort here. Sitting on the balcony, looking out at the Kaz Mountains and listening to nature, was such a treat. The hygiene, quality, food, and all the little details made us happy, and the place felt more like a family friend's home than a hotel. The view over the Kaz Mountains, the meals, and the clean rooms are all top-notch. What really made the stay, though, was how attentive and welcoming everyone was, even though the place is new; it felt like being at home on holiday. The owner's mother is a nurse and his father a doctor, which adds a bit of hospital-like comfort. We’ve been coming for years, and to me it can hold its own against 5-star all-inclusive hotels.
